    What is Clear Cart?
    Clear Cart is a mobile application developed to enable visually impaired individuals and users with allergies to do their grocery shopping independently, safely, and consciously. It works with AI-supported product recognition and content analysis systems.
    Who can use Clear Cart?
    Clear Cart can be used by everyone who wants to carefully examine product contents, especially visually impaired individuals, people with food allergies, and users with content sensitivities (such as those who follow a vegan or gluten-free diet).
    Is Clear Cart free?
    Yes. The basic version of Clear Cart is offered completely free of charge. Optional premium subscription options for some advanced features to be offered in the future may be considered.
    How does Clear Cart work?
    After the user shows the product to the phone's camera, Limo, your AI assistant specially developed for this application, collects the necessary information and provides you with feedback.
    How does the allergen filtering system work?
    The user can specify the ingredients they are allergic to on the profile screen within the application. If the application detects these allergens in the scanned product's ingredients, it informs the user via the screen and an audible alert.
    Can the application work without an internet connection?
    Basic functions such as product scanning and content analysis require an internet connection as they are performed in the cloud with AI infrastructure. However, some simple operations like the user profile are accessible in offline mode.
    Is the application compatible with screen readers?
    Yes. Clear Cart has been developed to be fully compatible with TalkBack on Android and VoiceOver on iOS screen reader systems. All content is presented in accordance with accessibility standards.
    Is my personal data secure?
    Absolutely. Clear Cart stores user data securely. No personal data is shared with third parties. All data transmissions are carried out with encrypted protocols, and full compliance with relevant legislation is ensured.
    Where is the product ingredient information obtained from?
    Product ingredients are obtained from publicly available information from manufacturing companies, user-contributed content, and by the application's artificial intelligence through visual analysis. The content is constantly updated.
    In which countries is Clear Cart available?
    Final tests are currently being conducted for the application to be actively used throughout Turkey. After its launch in Turkey, work will begin on infrastructure and language support for international use.
    Can I add a new product to the system?
    Yes. If a scanned product is not available in the system, the user can contribute by submitting the product image through the application. These images are used to expand the product database and train the artificial intelligence model.
